Les premiers mod\u00e8les devraient arriver dans le courant de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Adieu l&rsquo;AC&rsquo;97, bonjour le HDA. <\/p>\n<p>A l&rsquo;occasion de l&rsquo;IDF (Intel Developper Forum) qui se d\u00e9roule les 15 et 16 avril 2004 \u00e0 Beijing (Chine), Intel vient de pr\u00e9senter les sp\u00e9cifications techniques du High Definition Audio, le nouveau sch\u00e9ma de traitement num\u00e9rique du son dans les PC appel\u00e9 \u00e0 remplacer le vieillissant AC&rsquo;97 (Audio Codec 97).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Du son sur 8 canaux<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Parmi les sp\u00e9cifications de la version 1.0, le HDA supporte une fr\u00e9quence d&rsquo;\u00e9chantillonnage de 192 KHz sur 32 bits (\u00e0 comparer aux 48 KHz sur 20 bits de l&rsquo;AC&rsquo;97 en version 2.3) et promet \u00ab\u00a0des fonctionnalit\u00e9s \u00e9largies pour l&rsquo;audio, les modems et les communications dans les ordinateurs de bureau, les portables et les produits \u00e9lectroniques grand public\u00a0\u00bb. <\/p>\n<p>Le HDA supportera le son multicanal (8 voix ou 7.1) et le Dolby Pro Logic IIx.<\/p>\n<p>Cette technologie sera compatible avec l&rsquo;Universal Audio Architecture (UAA) de Microsoft, laquelle vise \u00e0 assurer le d\u00e9veloppement de pilotes pour les technologies audio. <\/p>\n<p>La prochaine g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de chipsets d&rsquo;Intel &#8211; nom de code Grantsdale &#8211; supportera le HDA. <\/p>\n<p>Les premi\u00e8res cartes m\u00e8res b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant des nouvelles sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s sonores d\u00e9barqueront donc avant la fin de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>[source &#8211; vnunet.fr]&nbsp;Christophe Lagane<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le nouveau High Definition Audio vise \u00e0 remplacer l&rsquo;actuel AC&rsquo;97 dans les cartes m\u00e8res.
