Edgar Bronfman Jr, chef de file de la famille, et principal actionnaire am\u00e9ricain de Vivendi Universal, a r\u00e9uni un consortium afin d&rsquo;acqu\u00e9rir 70% des actifs US de Vivendi Universal. Sont concern\u00e9s Vivendi Universal Entertainment et Universal Music.<\/p>\n<p>Autour d&rsquo;Edgar Bronfman p\u00e8re et fils, se f\u00e9d\u00e8rent des fonds d&rsquo;investissement comme Blackstone Group et Thomas H. Lee Partners. Mais \u00e9galement Merrill Lynch, Wachosia Securities et Cablevision Systems.
